Our club championship event for 2011 was played at Bundoora golf course on 11/12/2011. The day and night before this event, we had experienced 33 inches of heavy rain indicating that the greens and fairways would be slow and wet under foot.

Despite these conditions, 14 people turned up to battle the ongoing drizzle during the mornings event.

Bozo Milenkovic once again proved that his style of play under wet conditions gives him the edge on other players. Despite scoring the best net score of 68, it was not enough to claim overall victory.

The best two results out of three games went to Pavle Jonovic, with a net 2 game score of 137, followed by the runner up, Ray Desancic with a net 139. Others were as follows, - Mica Serovic on 140, Vicki Allen, Danni D'Pilla, and Sasa Milenkovic all on 141, Bozidar Milenkovic on 142, Milan Vekovich 146, Timce Spasovski on 148, Mileta Davidovic on 151 etc etc etc.

The putting competition was won by Mica Serovic with a net 2 game score of 56, followed by Pavle Jonovic with 60 etc.

The NAGA award went to Ivo Martinovic with a net  2 game scor of 171

 Nearest the pins - Milan Vekovich, Pavle Jonovic and Jovica Simic.

The clubs Aggregate winner for 2011 has been put on hold since we have two players locked in at 20 points each, namely Ratko Desancic and Vicki Allen. They will be paired in a playoff at our next game, in which we hope that a winner will be named.
